At Schmitt Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and condition, including all manuals, warranties, and accessories provided at the time of purchase.

  Obtain Authorization

  Contact our customer service team or visit a local retail location to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your item to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
